My Story
Life is full of transitions, some more difficult then others. Despite the challenges presented, these transitions each play a crucial role in molding us into the individuals we are and will become in the near future. For a woman, transitioning into motherhood is the most important, impactful, and interesting adventure experienced in life. During this beautiful journey, families are entitled to quality prenatal and postpartum care, a safe birth, coping techniques, photo documentation, breastfeeding support, and most importantly, an advocate who ensures you are respected.
I am currently working towards a Masters Degree in Midwifery from Midwives College of Utah. I am a certified midwives assistant, doula, professional photographer, and placenta encapsulator. In addition, I have been trained and certified in Spinning Babies techniques. I have three beautiful children and quite a variety of fur babies. We are a outdoorsy, fun-loving, and adventurous family. I provide services in North Idaho and Eastern Washington. Feel free to call, text, or email to schedule a "tea time"!

Lets get to know each other with a meet and greet! As your doula, photographer, and encapsulator I am committed to your health and the wellbeing of your growing family, available whenever needed, throughout your entire pregnancy as well as after giving birth. I will be there to provide you with continuous emotional and physical support, and answer any and all questions you may have.
Photography Services
I offer a unique variety of photos in any field imaginable. I have two years of professional instruction at North Idaho College, guided by some of the best photographers in the area. In addition, I have 4 years of professional experience and have been hired for business projects, family portraits, newborn photography, birthdays, birth, maternity and much more. Sliding fee scale and payment plans available for qualifying families.
Hourly rate of $50-$200 plus editing fees
(subject to change based on event)
Maternity, birth, and newborn package $800. Doula clients receive a 15% discount on ALL additional services!

Encapsulation
Placenta encapsulation helps support the mother and baby during the postpartum period. Encapsulation helps: restore hormone balance to the body, boost milk supply, help uterine contracting, decrease postpartum blues, and provides all-around nourishment to the mother and baby.

Birth Education Class
My class will prepare you and your family for adjusting to life with a new baby. The class is filled with hands on training for mom and her partner. Prenatally, we will cover nutrition, management of aches and pains, and labor preparation. Next, we throughly discuss stages of labor and birth. Each stage is accompanied with specific techniques on how to emotionally and physically manage labor sensations. While covering the postpartum period, we will discuss post-partum healing, belly binding, breastfeeding, cloth diapering (if applicable), newborn massage, safe co-sleeping techniques, and much more!
The class is about 2 hours long and costs $150. There is a $50 deposit due with registration that will be deducted from the total cost of the class.
